Cinnamon Sticky Bun Iced Coffee with Cold Foam Recipe

Treat yourself to the flavors of a bakery-fresh cinnamon sticky bun in this easy and delicious iced coffee recipe. Made with Lancaster County Coffee Roasters' Cinnamon Sticky Bun coffee and topped with a rich, sweet cold foam, this drink is the perfect combination of cozy and refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. brewed Lancaster County Coffee Roasters Cinnamon Sticky Bun coffee, chilled
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup half & half (or milk of choice)
  • 1–2 teaspoons sweetener (sugar, honey, or vanilla syrup work well)
  • Optional garnish: Ground cinnamon or caramel drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Brew the Coffee
Brew a fresh pot of Lancaster County Coffee Roasters Cinnamon Sticky Bun coffee and let it cool. For best results, chill the coffee in the refrigerator before preparing your iced drink.
  2. Fill Your Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice and pour 8 ounces of chilled coffee over the ice.
  3. Make the Cold Foam
In a reused milk jug or jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine 1/4 cup of half & half and your preferred sweetener. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to create a smooth and foamy texture.
  4. Assemble the Drink
Slowly pour the cold foam over the iced coffee. The foam will sit beautifully on top, adding a creamy layer to your drink.
  5. Garnish and Serve
For an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top of the foam or drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Pro Tips:

  • Extra Creaminess: Use heavy cream or whole milk for a richer foam, or try oat milk for a plant-based option.
  • Chilled Shortcut: Brew the coffee ahead of time and store it in the fridge for quick assembly.
  • Foam Without a Shaker: Use a handheld frother or blender to create the cold foam if you prefer.

This Cinnamon Sticky Bun Iced Coffee with Cold Foam is a bakery-inspired delight that’s perfect for mornings, afternoons, or whenever you’re craving something sweet and satisfying. Sip and savor the taste of cinnamon and cream in every refreshing gulp!
