for Shipping & Returns

TURNAROUND

Our roasting facility operates daily Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for us to roast and hand-pack your order. Any orders received during non-business hours, over the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed when our Roastery re-opens. Holidays may affect turnaround times. Any orders over $50 that receive Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Your satisfaction is important to us!! While we are confident you will enjoy all of our coffees, if you are unsatisfied with the coffee you have received, please email us at info@lancastercountycoffee.com within 14 days of your purchase.

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

1. Please email INFO@LANCASTERCOUNTYCOFFEE.COM to request a return or exchange.

2. Mail the item you wish to return or exchange to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Coffee items may not be returned for a refund and will be exchanged with another selection of equal value. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
