Foamed Milk At Home

Want to make coffee-house style foamed milk at home? Fill a small mason jar with about 4 tablespoons of warm milk (whole works best), put on lid, and shake for 1 minute. Then remove the lid and microwave for 1 minute to stabilize the foam.

Voila! You now have thick, foamed milk that is ready spoon onto your coffee. Use immediately.
