An Excellent Cup of Johannes!

So, it's not a cup of Johann, as well, other companies use that as a tagline, but the Old Amish is a delightful brew.

It's balanced and rich, not too acidic, and doesn't suffer from any excessive bitterness. I am a little cream with my coffee person, and it's a nice way to serve this roast. I've also noticed that it disappears pretty quickly!

Of note, I based this off of an automatic drip grind. It's not an oily roast, but nice and clean brewing!

Old Amish coffee is a full-bodied yet mellow tasting roast, with hints of orange zest chocolate and a touch of tobacco flavor. It boasts a fresh brewed taste as well as a fragrant aroma while brewing. It is a new favorite in our household!
