MAKE YOUR OWN ESPRESSO POWDER
Lots of recipes call for espresso powder, but did you know you can make your own from our RED ROSE EXPRESSO beans? Brew a pot of Red Rose Espresso and save the grinds. Let them cool slightly and spread the grounds onto a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 2-3 hours in a 170-degree oven, until the grounds are dry, crumbly, and fragrant. Let cool completely, and then grind the grounds again, ‘til they are fine and almost powdery. Store in a cool, dark spot in a tightly sealed jar or container. Use in all your favorite recipes!
