Coconut Frozen Coffee

Ready to make the LCCR Coconut Frozen Cappuccino your go-to summer drink? Here's how to create yours at home.

  1. Start with 1 cup of cold brewed Coconut Coffee (or brew coffee that has been chilled) 
  2. Toss it in a blender with 2 cups of ice, 1 cup of very cold milk (almond, cow, oat – you pick.)
  3. Add 3 Tbsp sugar or sweetener and a handful of flaked coconut.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Top with a bit of whipped cream and a sprinkling of toasted coconut.
  6. Fight brain-freeze as you drink it down.
