Frosted Mint Coconut Mocha Iced Coffee

At Central Market, Lindsey creates all kinds of delicious drinks, and she’s helped us adapt a few to make at home. To create this summery iced coffee in your kitchen, start with 1 cup of very strong brewed COCONUT COFFEE from Lancaster County Coffee Roasters

Add ½ tsp peppermint extract, 1 Tablespoon of chocolate syrup, and 1 Tablespoon of simple syrup.

Don’t substitute sugar for the simple syrup – it will be a little grainy.

Not sure how to make simple syrup? Add ¼ cup of granulated sugar to ¼ cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved and it’s ready to use. Refrigerate cooled leftovers in a sealed container.
